How the academy handles personal details

Logic Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal details used to answer questions and to enrol students in candlestick pattern interpretation classes. What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, email address, the class you ask about, an optional preferred date, an optional note of the chart you may bring, and your message. From email and telephone: the same kinds of details, plus anything you choose to add about a seating. From a confirmed enrolment: the fee paid, the dates, and whether a deposit was received. From this browser: a record of whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice, stored locally under the key described on the cookie notice.

We do not ask for an identity-card number, a brokerage account, or a record of your trades.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to you, to hold or release a named seat, to print a clinic sheet with your name, to account for fees, and to remember that the cookie notice has already been answered on this browser. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward an enrolment contract, the contract itself once a seat is confirmed, a legal duty to keep payment records, and your choice about the cookie notice.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become an enrolment are kept for up to twenty-four months so we can find an earlier conversation about a chart or a date. Enrolment and payment records are kept for the period Thai revenue practice requires, and in any case not longer than five years after the last evening of that enrolment, then deleted or reduced to a fee total that no longer names you. The cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear site data for this address.

Who else sees it

Staff who teach and who answer the telephone see enrolment details. A bank sees a transfer that you initiate to the academy account. The company that hosts this website sees ordinary server logs of page requests. We do not sell personal details, and we do not pass class lists to a broker or a marketing list.

International transfers

The academy’s classroom and its correspondence are in Thailand. If you email us from a mail service that stores messages outside Thailand, that storage is arranged by your mail service. Loading typefaces for this website sends your IP address to Google, as described in the cookie notice. We do not move enrolment files to a foreign processor as a routine step. If that ever changes, we will describe the destination and the safeguard before we rely on it.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to see the details we hold, to correct them, to have them deleted when the law allows, to restrict or object to a use, and to withdraw a choice you previously gave, including the cookie choice.
