Terms of enrolment

These terms cover classroom study at Logic Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd., the company that teaches candlestick pattern interpretation at 12/45 Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan 10540. They apply to the Candle Desk Course, the pattern clinic, the chart markup appointment, and a closed-group hire of the same desk.

Acceptance

A seat is agreed when the academy confirms it in writing by email or by a note of a telephone call, and any required deposit or clinic fee has been received. Reading this website, or sending an enquiry, is a request for that confirmation. The confirmation names the class, the dates, the fee, and the student’s name. That writing, together with these terms and the refund page, is the enrolment.

The classroom service

Classes teach students to describe candlestick structure on historical printed charts: the open, high, low, and close, the body and the wick, and the pattern names used on the desk. Personal decisions about buying or selling securities, currencies, or gold remain with the student and with any adviser the student chooses. The academy confirms descriptions of bars already printed.

Instruction is in English. The room holds eight students for the desk course and ten for a clinic. A markup hour is one student. Dates on the desk page are the sittings currently offered; a confirmation states the dates that apply to that student.

Fees

Rates are listed on the rate sheet and repeated in the confirmation. Payment is by transfer to the account the academy names, or in cash at the classroom. The website does not take payment. A deposit or fee holds a named seat. Refund, reschedule, and no-show rules are on the refund page, which forms part of these terms.

Conduct

Students keep the first markup quiet, write on their own sheets, and leave other students’ papers alone. The academy may end a sitting for someone who disrupts the room, and the refund page explains what is returned if that happens before the evening’s teaching is finished.

Intellectual property

The wording of this website, the printed chart packs, and the named clinic sheets belong to Logic Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd. Students may keep and mark the copies issued to them for their own study. They may not reprint the packs for a class outside the academy. Marks a student writes on a chart remain the student’s. A chart the student brings remains theirs; the academy does not keep a copy unless the student asks us to hold it for a later class.

Liability

The academy’s responsibility is to provide the confirmed classroom hours, the materials named in the class sheet, and a reply to enrolment questions within two working days. Study of past bars can be accurate as a description and still be followed by a price the student did not expect. The academy is not liable for trading losses, missed prices, or decisions a student makes after class. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. Disputes are brought in the courts of Thailand. The English text of these terms is the text the academy issues with a confirmation.
