Deposits, missed evenings, and refunds

These rules cover classroom seats at Logic Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd.: the Candle Desk Course, the pattern clinic, the chart markup appointment, and a closed-group hire of the desk. Fees, deposits, missed evenings, and later chairs are all handled here.

Candle Desk Course

The fee is 8,900 THB. A deposit of 2,500 THB holds a named seat and is part of that fee, not an extra charge.

If you cancel seven days or more before the first evening, the deposit and any further tuition already paid are refunded in full.

If you cancel between three and six days before the first evening, the deposit is retained and any tuition paid above the deposit is refunded.

If you cancel inside two days of the first evening, or you miss the first evening without writing to us, the deposit is retained. Remaining untaught evenings can be moved once to the next seating that has a free chair. Evenings already taught are not refunded. Untaught evenings, if you would rather have the money than a later chair, are refunded in proportion to the six evenings, minus the retained deposit when the cancellation falls inside that late window.

Pattern clinic

A full refund is available until forty-eight hours before the evening, provided the named sheet has not yet been printed. Once a sheet has been printed with your name, the 1,450 THB fee is kept, because that print is prepared for you and is not reused. If we have not printed it and you cancel inside forty-eight hours, half the fee is retained and half is returned.

Chart markup appointment

You may move the hour once if you tell us at least twenty-four hours before it. A second move, or a missed hour with no message, closes the fee. If you arrive and the hour begins, the fee stands for the time used; we do not split a seventy-five-minute sitting after it has started.

Closed group

A group deposit, stated in the written quote, follows the same windows as the Candle Desk Course. If the group falls below four people, the quote is rewritten for the smaller number or the remaining students take ordinary named seats, whichever the party asks for in writing before the first evening.

If the academy cancels

If a teacher is ill or the room cannot open, you choose either a full refund of money paid for evenings that will not happen, or a later seat. Evenings already taught stay paid. We say so by telephone or email as soon as we know.

Materials and work already started

Printed packs and named clinic sheets that have already been handed to you stay with you and are not refunded as blank stock. An evening that has been taught counts as work already done. A return visit that has not been used can be dropped if you leave the course early; it is not exchanged for cash on its own if the six evenings were completed.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Email hello@logic-latticefield.click or telephone 023851126 and name the student, the class, and the dates. We confirm the outcome in writing. Approved refunds are sent within fourteen working days to the account that paid, or paid in cash at 12/45 Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan 10540 if you paid in cash. We do not refund to a different person unless you ask for that in writing and the original payer agrees.
